DeSoto
County Chamber of Commerce
Strategic Plan
2007-2008
The DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce has designed a continuous
improvement STRATEGIC PLAN describing activities, programs, and
objectives it will pursue during the August 31, 2007 to September 1,
2008, year. Some of these activities and program objectives are new and
some are considered traditional since they have proven to be successful
in the past. The Strategic Plan will be re-assessed annually with
modifications identified to meet customer needs as dictated by survey
data. Surveys may be conducted telephonically or in person by the
Directors when contacting their respected list of members.

FIT IN?

been designed with you, the Chamber customer and member, in mind in
order to continue to offer customer satisfaction services to you as a

answer surveys that will get the Chamber feedback regarding “ how the
Chamber is performing “ in every aspect of the Chamber business The
Chamber can only function as a customer driven organization by receiving
feedback from you to equip the Chamber with knowledge to design
